It was great. The young lady who works there is very pleasant & I received an e-mail to remind me I hadn't picked up my order. Also received a $5.00 coupon towards my next cleaning which is always appreciated.
Excellent customer service!
First time to Classic Cleaners. I spoke to Debbie by phone and explained my issues. She encouraged me to come into the store and try the service out. Not only did she give a warm welcome but also went beyond to get my garments back to me the next day. I like the email alert when my garments were ready to be picked up. I am now a Classic Cleaner customer!
My first experience was very good. I had several shirts for laundry service. The representative did a great job of explaining the process and getting my information entered into the computer. The shirts were done as promised and I received the email notification. As she informed me, a bag was included for my next visit. I was also impressed by the 24 hour drop off option
