I want to compliment the manager at the N Meridian/Carmel location. I made my first visit there this week and she was not only professional, but very friendly. Her appearance was polished and I could tell she has pride in her location and herself. Such a pleasant experience.
Well, everything was just great. Timely and service associate was very kind and friendly. I will be coming back for sure. It is convenient for me because I work in the same strip.
In Indianapolis for business and needed to launder some dress shirts. Picked Classic Cleaners because of the location from my hotel. What found was a professional, friendly and reasonably priced service. There was quick turnaround and the workmanship was very good. I took more shirts back a day later when I found that Tuesday they have a special on laundering shirts!

I had a great experience with the staff getting my husband's Super Bowl jacket cleaned. When I brought it in the lady that helped me was very courteous, nice and very helpful telling what they would do with the jacket and when it would be ready. It was ready the day that she said so that is great customer service to me. Also, when I picked it up the lady at the counter was also courteous friendly and made me feel great about getting my cleaning done at Classic Cleaners. I was a happy customer.
I'm a return customer. Haven't been to Classic Cleaners for a couple of years. I stopped going because the cleaned clothes had a strange smell. That wasn't the case this time. Everything either had a clean, fresh smell or a neutral smell. In either case it was was pleasant enough smell. Also liked how my sweaters were folded and placed in a bag. Nice touch. I also appreciated the $5 off coupon and the special pricing for filling a bag with dry cleaning. I'll be back.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly. Answered my questions and even carried my rug to my car. They returned my previously dirty area rug to me very clean. I will definitely use Classic Cleaners again.
The staff was helpful and courteous and my clothes came back looking great. Can't ask for more!
It was great. The young lady who works there is very pleasant & I received an e-mail to remind me I hadn't picked up my order. Also received a $5.00 coupon towards my next cleaning which is always appreciated.
