When I dropped off my coat I received a ticket reading to pick up my coat after 5pm on Thursday. Well, when Thursday came I went to pick up my coat before I went out of town and it wasn't ready! The girl had no excuse why and just told me to come back Friday. Story short, I went without a coat for my trip because I flew out Friday morning. Very frustrating.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. DID GOOD JOB ON MY SWEATERS!
Overall I'm very pleased. Although the first women I was served by at drop off needs to work on her customer service.
