Excellence customer services
Very good. Pleased with everything.
It was first time visiting the CC in Carmel (126th near Hamilton Crossing Blvd). The manager was very nice and helpful. This location is very close to my work. Mixed with the great customer service, I will definitely be back.
I think it went well. The staff was really nice. It was a pretty quick turnaround. Prices were decent.
I confirmed when I dropped off that my price was $13.25 per jacket, when I showed up in was told a different price. When I explained, she was very accommodating an explained the girl that helped me typically gets things confused. Then I got home and noticed that a button I had requested be sewn on was not. I called and again the employee was apologetic and very helpful.

I took my king sized bedspread to another cleaner and they said it was too big for them to do so I took it to Classic Cleaners and they said they could do it' The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped carry my articles from my car to the shop and a did the same when I picked them up.
