The end product was great but the price seemed high, even with my $0.75 off/shirt coupon. I asked if I did get my discount after I was told my total and the clerk said it was, even though there was no indication on the receipt that a discount was applied. If a discount is given, it should show up on the receipt.
So far I feel that your services had met my expectations. Your service person was both professional and custom focus. I was very happy with the cleaning of my business shirts. I will use your services in the future a great job not found in other cleaners
The staff was very pleasant and the service was wonderful! They gave me an approximate timeframe to expect my dry cleaning to be completed and got it done in a timely manner. The prices were comparable to other cleaners in the area.
It was an awesome first experience. I received a coupon on the first visit?? Who would have thought. Not only that, but the lapels on my jacket were pressed down as I requested. Thanks!!

My rating for this experience is negative 10, if there is such. I am forced to rate 1 star minimum but you're not even close to that high of a rating. I am not pleased at all about my 1st and now my last experience with Classic Cleaners. FIRST: On Feb 17 I took 3 pairs of Haggar cotton casual slacks to the Oaklandon Road location to have them altered. I was going to a Cleaners down the street on the way to work and they weren't open 15 minutes past what they said they were open on the door. I had to go to work and then take off of work and went up the street about a block from the other cleaners to Classic. They were awesome and I didn't know about all the additional services that they had. I enjoyed the email communications that was very helpful.
