I was going to a Cleaners down the street on the way to work and they weren't open 15 minutes past what they said they were open on the door. I had to go to work and then take off of work and went up the street about a block from the other cleaners to Classic. They were awesome and I didn't know about all the additional services that they had. I enjoyed the email communications that was very helpful. Very Nice job on business shirts The 2 ladies on staff at my drop off and one of them there at pick up were genuinely charismatic, courteous, and went above and beyond to give me extra info about my coupon and current specials OUTSTANDING customer Service !!!!
Customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. The clothes were clean and had no chemical odors. My only disappointment was that even though I asked for my sweaters to be folded over a hangar they were hanging. Overall good service, however.
