While dropping of dry cleaning, manager was very helpful explaining the cleaning process and turnaround time. Location was very clean and professional looking.

Your customer service rep was excellent.
I was told my clothes would be in the locker and apparently your lockers were full so I had to make another trip. Unfortunately, you charged me for the locker use (the bag) but I did not get the locker service. A day later, my items were put in the locker but that is after I had already traveled there once.
