Staff was great and the stains were taken care of but the garment was really wrinkled in a few places when I got it back.

I thought it would be a good experience but I dropped my jacket off to be cleaned. I was supposed to get it back the next day which was Friday. They called me the day of and said I couldn't get it back until monday. I was upset because it was a cold weekend and I didn't have my jacket.
Pants were good Fir hat was changed. Fir was "pilled" like it was overheated. It is no longer firry and is nappy instead.
