Keen customer service rep at drop off. Patient customer service rep at pickup as my brother in law likes to pretend he has big issues with everything ( his way of kidding ) and the rep. handled it with aplomb.
Alteration was done very well. And I like that I could bring the pants back if they needs readjustment at no extra charge.

I have had my dry cleaning bag hanging from my front door for the past three pick up days and it hasn't been picked up. I have gotten the email saying the driver would be picking up, but nothing is happening. I need this stuff cleaned. I'd like it picked up today, 10/18.
My order was complete as scheduled. I did not receive the email or next I was expecting to announce arrival. I like the portal to track progress, I suggest making it better for Mobil use and have a "Pizza tracker" approach. My name has transposed letters on my receipt
Your clerk at the 38th street location in Indy went above and beyond to assist me. I have MS & use crutches to walk. She comes out to open the door & help me up onto the sidewalk. That is a wonderful trait to have in any person but especially an employee.
I dropped off my laundry at 3:30 pm Friday and it was promised to me by noon Saturday. You hadn't it ready in 2.5 hours. The staff was very nice and professional as well!
