The employee who waited on me was very helpful and accommodating. I went home and brought back a leather coat to be professionally cleaned, she was such a good salesperson!
Keen customer service rep at drop off. Patient customer service rep at pickup as my brother in law likes to pretend he has big issues with everything ( his way of kidding ) and the rep. handled it with aplomb.
