Rob introduced himself and provided his phone number which I thought was a step beyond standard customer service. setting up Pick-up/delivery service could use some improvement. It wasnt easy. I stopped in the store was given 2 names and numbers but was instructed to call at a specific time... seems like that process could be widened a bit

The bedding looks as good as new! There were some significant stains from my daughters dog and they are gone. Also really like the email notification.
