The pickup and delivery were relatively seemless. The quality of the service was good. My issue was that I was forced into a repeat drop off and pickup service which was not spelled out well on the website. I called the day after my pickup to request to pick up the items at a location, and to stop any future trips to my home. I told the driver I didn't want repeat service and would only have items 1-2x/year. Rob introduced himself and provided his phone number which I thought was a step beyond standard customer service. setting up Pick-up/delivery service could use some improvement. It wasnt easy. I stopped in the store was given 2 names and numbers but was instructed to call at a specific time... seems like that process could be widened a bit

The bedding looks as good as new! There were some significant stains from my daughters dog and they are gone. Also really like the email notification.
