I took 2 pairs of shoes to get taps. When I picked them up one pair had shredded leather fringed and falling off. They said I brought it in that way. Why would you even give service to shoes in that shape. We had discussed how pretty they were when I dropped them off another customer even mentioned it was smart to fix. I was so shocked I paid for them anyhow. I was told just wear them with long pants. How mean.

I love the locker concept so that I can receive my clothes outside normal business hours, although the staff are always friendly and courteous. And, of course, my clothes are clean, on time and Classic has never lost a single piece. Excellent dry cleaners
