Friendly, reasonably priced, dependable service, good communication.
My comforter came back very wrinkled and had lumps in the stuffing & a few snags in the embroidery. I thought drycleaning it would avoid these issues.
The quality of your cleaning is superior and the friendliness of your store manager and associate make the experience just that much better! Having used many cleaners over the years, I can say this is my best ever experience!

Customer service is excellent. The quality of the cleaning was not as good. I had a spot on a suit coat that I pointed out, and it was still there when I got the jacket back without any explanation or apology.
