Friendly, reasonably priced, dependable service, good communication.
My comforter came back very wrinkled and had lumps in the stuffing & a few snags in the embroidery. I thought drycleaning it would avoid these issues.

Customer service is excellent. The quality of the cleaning was not as good. I had a spot on a suit coat that I pointed out, and it was still there when I got the jacket back without any explanation or apology.
Miss Kat is wonderful. My clothes always look good but she's the reason I come back.
