The pick up/drop off service is wonderful! Our driver is always prompt and the shirts are right where they should be! This has made life so much easier than remembering to pick them up at the store!!

The pickup and delivery were relatively seemless. The quality of the service was good. My issue was that I was forced into a repeat drop off and pickup service which was not spelled out well on the website. I called the day after my pickup to request to pick up the items at a location, and to stop any future trips to my home. I told the driver I didn't want repeat service and would only have items 1-2x/year.
