I received no communication about cost up front. I got an email telling me one price, the next thing I knew it was $57.00!!!!! OBSURD!

How lucky I feel to finally find a great dry cleaners that picks up and delivers! I love the small things that make day to day house managers life easier!
Customer service was great. Only comment I have is about the seam repair work I had done. The work itself was great. However, having to pay an extra $8.50 to have the shorts washed before the repair is extreme. I was told it was a requirement to have them washed before the repair, even though I said they were clean. Will not use again for repair work. The other items for dry cleaning were great though!
