My first visit was great. The email with receipt and email saying your order is ready made it the best visit. I have never had a cleaners with that service. Verry happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my not worn yet wedding dress to the Knue Road location to be pressed. It was explained to me that if they pressed my dress it would not be perfect, but that it would look better. I left with that understanding and was fine knowing they would at least get some wrinkles out. IT DID NOT LOOK BETTER. In fact, the way she steamed it made my satin dress look worse.
