Counter woman is so warm and friendly and order was ready faster than anticipated!
I just moved into the neighborhood, and I am comparing different cleaning services in town. I had to pay 3.15 (incl. tax) for laundry of a shirt which - I am afraid - is not a competitive rate. I like service, location, everything else!
Was greeted by store employee as soon as I walked in. Very pleasant. Was very detail oriented and explained specials. Good experience. We will be back
Polite and good outcome
Associate failed to acknowledge my referral discount as a first time customer. My suits are stained with chemical residue. The associate was not helpful at all, had no knowledge of what to do or any knowledge about products and services.
The lady who helped did an amazing job and was extremely helpful.
Guy working counter on both drop off and pick up wouldn't event greet me. Acted like he was bored beyond belief and too exhausted to say hi in response to my saying hi when I walked in store. Won't be back. Dude was super rude. This location was at hazel dell by pizzology. I loved the store at shadeland station. The people there were so awesome. This guy was rude. Dismissive. Passive aggressive. Won't be back.
