Kat, the customer service person (or manager?) at the store on N Michigan Rd is wonderful. She called me after I dropped off my things to tell me that one of my pillows was ripped, and that another pillow could not be cleaned. I appreciated the personal attention. I don't have the name of the person who was there when I picked up on Friday evening 8/25 - but she was very helpful, too. Job well done
Simply put, I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned and they were not cleaned properly. The pants came back with some of the same spots that I had pointed out that needed extra attention. They did re-clean the pants...and the second time was some better. Not the quality service that I expected.
My clothes feel like new! Thank you.
