Seams on arms and sleeves are bubbled. Placket is wrinkled on several shirts. One shirt is 1/2 size smaller than when it was sent to your cleaners. Collars are not stiff enough.

I dropped off an Area Rug to be cleaned a couple weeks ago at the Westfield location. The Rug which is 5x7 polyester was quoted to be 1.99 a SQ ft. I was given a quote of $78 and to be ready by 2/28. At the time I dropped it off the girl at the front desk noted that a 10% discount would be applied at pick up and the note appears on the claim ticket.
