good job on the cleaning (7 business shirts). my first visit to your store, but i was quite confused on the pricing $35. Your rep was very pleasant and helpful on explaining that some of my shirts (vineyard vine dryfit or cool iron) needed dry-cleaning(?) rather than clean/press. I've never paid $5 for a shirt, and, sorry, but your price for this adjustment is just too salty for me; thus, I will likely go elsewhere for my shirts. She even gave me a coupon, else I would have paid $6/shirt.
My North Face down jacket was clumpy upon receipt. Eric (supervisor in Castleton) tried to blame the manufacturer. Wanted me to bring the jacket back in for a redo

It's great that you send email when items are ready for pick-up. Husband picked up our 2 rugs and was told by the gal that they were actually cheaper than originally quoted. However, we were still charged the higher price. I called the next day and was told by someone that they were reaching out the employee that handled our check-out and she would call us back.
