I received no communication about cost up front. I got an email telling me one price, the next thing I knew it was $57.00!!!!! OBSURD!
Simply put, I dropped off a pair of pants to be cleaned and they were not cleaned properly. The pants came back with some of the same spots that I had pointed out that needed extra attention. They did re-clean the pants...and the second time was some better. Not the quality service that I expected.
We had a great experience with Classic Cleaners! They cleaned our comforter for our California king bed and made it look great. They were very professional and friendly both at the drop off of the bedding and at the pick up. We will be using them again!
