I was told and had a print out that stated that my cleaning would be done on 2-20-18 I went to pick it up 0n 2-21 and was told it was not ready. So I left and then I got a call the driver (Who arrived while I was in the store ) has just dropped mine off. So I had to turn around and head back to the store. I'm always happy with my clothes here - and the service has always been great. I've also had a pair of ugg boots cleaned and another pair of boots repaired - they did a fabulous job on both.

Your company wouldn’t let me use the coupons that you sent me because I forgot to use them when I dropped off my order earlier in the week. Your prices are high to begin with. I will never use your company again, you have lost a customer in me.

Dropped of an Afghan and a quilt because you sent me a 25% off coupon...unable to honor it...very disappointed. Prior to reloading to area, we used Tide cleaners in Cincinnati. Noticed they are now close by.... May have to give them a try. Easier to retain customers than acquire new ones...just sayin’
