I brought in a jersey to be cleaned and asked about getting buttons sewn on as mine had fallen off. Initially I was told that they probably wouldn't have time to do the buttons however when I picked it up not only was the jersey as clean as it has been in years but the buttons had been sewn on as well!
The gentleman who helped me at the 49th & College store knows me by name and saw me pull in. He had my laundry ready to go. Very customer focused.
