The representative was exceptionally polite and cheerful....a thoughtful young person...very professional and courteous. The shirts I had done look very good. This was the first experience I have had with Classic Cleaners.

A major concern I have is that I was Quoted the total cost of $35.00 + Taxes (5 pair of pants- on a discounted day) & $3.00 Belted Dress (6 pieces) When I picked up My Cleaning, I was charged $55.00+ (I was even charged for a cloth matching Dress's belt $1.50) NO DISCOUNTED PRICING WAS APPLIED. I'd love to use your services again. The cleaning was wonderful, and timing was great- But, the Princing Issue (qoute vs charge) very much concerns me.
The dress white top was flawless! Loved it. But the pants were pressed with a crease down the front of each pant leg (way out of regs).
Great location-friendly staff but shocked at paying over $8 for dry cleaning of one small Women's blouse with no sleeves
