Prompt and courteous interaction on Saturday and received prompt assistance per phone conversation on Wednesday when I checked on my item. Wish I could remember the women who help me in both instances. It might help if the person's name was on the claim ticket so that they will get credit for good service.

Didn't have much hope after my pen leaked all over my new white dress shirt. However, Classic Cleaners removed much of the pen ink from my sad white shirt. I can still wear it. Thank you! Gary

I paid to have the down comforter dry cleaned, thinking it would keep to it’s original feel. But to my surprise it is not the same. Fluffy in some areas and flat in others. Bottom line is the blanket very clean and I am Thankful!
