Linen was startched when it was never suppose to be laundered or dry cleaned, only button replacement. I was then charged for cleaning and can not get the garment back to its original. I was also told someone would follow up and no one did.
While my clothes are clean, I was shocked by the price. When I dropped my three items off, no one told me it was going to be $30. I feel like i should’ve been given a quote first. Oh well. The dress wasn’t worth the $16 to clean because it only cost $30.
The items were clean and well pressed. They were quickly returned.

The spots from spilling food on my coat were gone, however my expensive wool and leather coat lost its new feel after being sent to the cleaners. I was saddened at the after affect once I picked up my coat after 2 weeks being gone.
Brought in a coat and asked that the the interior cuffs be checked as that was where the problem was. Where you turn back the cuffs and the beige inner lining shows is where there were slight rings on the crease. She said she would make a note and they would pay attention to that issue. Upon examining the coat, I found that the rings were still there and there was actually one area that almost looked like "tire tracks" from something rubber. Worse than when I brought it in.
