Prices are too high. Two short coats cost me $32.00 to be cleaned. I will not give Classic my business again.

I have been visiting Classic Cleaners for several years. I have always been satisfied with the cleaning services and alterations. Congrats on your longevity and “Classic” service!
I went there because I had a 25 % coupon off dry cleaning. I was shocked when my bill was $45 for five pieces, after coupon. I think $9.80 is way too much to have a sweater cleaned. My last visit!
First, your location was moved across the street from its original location. Unaware of the move I went to the old location to pick up my order. A sign redirected me to the new location across the street. Getting there was not easy crossing 2 lanes of traffic on a busy street; very inconvenient. Once at the new location, which was still under construction I met a new employee who had difficulty speaking English. I had to repeat & spell my name 5 times. I used Tuchman across the street for years and another of their locations prior to that. I paid $2.50 per shirt and closing with a plastic cover was free. I didn’t expect to pay $3.80 per shirt. Tuchman would allow me to submit a coupon upon pick up as well. I was told of a coupon on FB but then told it needed to be applied upon drop off. I told the nice attendant that I won’t be back. Too expensive.
The Tuchman's across the street closed. Wished they had closed years ago so I would have found Classic sooner. Maybe you guys should move into their old space and garner a lot of their customers.
Clerk did not offer to provide a receipt for the dropped off items.
I was never given a price until the day of pick up and they charged me 27.80 for just 4 pieces of clothing! That is ridiculous and it wasn't ready until two days later! Never again will I go there!
