We appreciate the reliable attention to detail on the dry cleaning. The laundry service was also good. We would like you to replace the collar stays each time in my husband's pressed shirts [this is not consistently done], and we would appreciate it if you would be sure a readable label is on each of our bags for pick up and drop off purposes. We sometimes have to make our own handwritten labels. Thank you for your assistance and interest in our opinion.
