You have the friendliest workers there and I love that. One area of improvement is whether or not you have a "press only" service. Some of your workers say you do, however the checkout girl today politely advised me that you don't. From a customer standpoint, that can be confusing.

I was extremely unhappy with my former dry cleaners. They broke/lost three buttons (one on each of the last three blouses I left there.). Two of the blouses were Vince blouses and one was a Theory blouse. Each blouse was approximately $300.00 and they had the audacity to chuckle and tell me they have a huge button box in the back that they dig into all the time.
