My experience was very positive. The staff (front counter) people were very helpful.
My sport coat was perfect when I picked it up and on time too! Dropped it at one location and picked it up at a location much closer to home. Both locations' attendants were very friendly and accomodating. I was very impressed with your service.
Although you guys lost my pants and made me make 2 trips to the fairlawn store. Everybody I ever talked to was extremely friendly and willing to help any way they could.
