My experience was very positive. The staff (front counter) people were very helpful.
My sport coat was perfect when I picked it up and on time too! Dropped it at one location and picked it up at a location much closer to home. Both locations' attendants were very friendly and accomodating. I was very impressed with your service.
Although you guys lost my pants and made me make 2 trips to the fairlawn store. Everybody I ever talked to was extremely friendly and willing to help any way they could.

This is a company that pays attention to details. From communication to cleaning to delivery, City Cleaners provides top quality service.
I love the delivery service, but the last delivery was during a very windy day and all my clothes ended up in my rose bushes. My neighbor got my delivery bags in his yard. I would think that the delivery folks would wait to deliver later or warn us about the clothes being there. Not cool.
Jackets look great. Needed cleaning/ freshening and u are closest dry cleaners. Will be back again!
