Great customer service and excellent work!
I dropped off 2 pairs of pants. They were ready earlier than expected, and looked great! The location is convenient and the price is what you would expect for the service.
I really like this service and am happy I started using City Cleaners. However, I have two minor complaints or issues: sometimes the bags of laundry are placed in front of the door and it is difficult to open to get the bags. Second, the two sheets in the laundry bag do not appear to have been washed at all. See, I told you they were minor issues.
Your employees are the best. They called me about a situation of stain on my dress and they got the stains out. I am very satisfied with my first visit and I will return!!!!
Always prompt, reliable and timely service. The home pickup and delivery service is such a time saver for me. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner!!
