Great, The service has always been great. Bonnie is a super person to deal with and is always happy and helpful. The only problem is your price. I will not be back to city cleaners because of the price. To bad. Thanks again and best wishes.
Absolutely nothing!
I can not think of a thing you can do except....keep doing what you are doing!! My clothes are always ready on time and beautifully cleaned and pressed. Your staff is fantastic! They are the most friendly people....all of them! Great job, as always!

I have several animals and City manages to remove any dog hair so my clothes are clean and professional. Appreciate the extra work and service they provide.

Delivery guy is always on time first thing in the morning and on the few occasions when I meet him at the door was very friendly. When I do miss the pick up of my laundry I often drop off my bag at the Wallhaven store and I am always greeted with a warm smile and pleasant service. Lastly, Bonnie at the Fairlawn store always greets me with a smile and hello Mr. Hall. Great employees with fantastic customer service skills.
