You cleaned a suit and hat for my father's funeral, so it was very important that it come out well. I was very pleased. Thank you very much!
The last order I brought in was for 9 two piece men's suits and one tie. When they came back, all the pants were together and all the suit jackets were together. Nothing was matched. (I brought them all in matched and folded together.) Imagine my husband putting his outfit together at 5 am to get to work. Very frustrating. The tie had a stain on it, but it was still there when we got it back. I returned to have it redone and it mostly came out. I guess you had "new" people working???? My three piece suit was perfectly cleaned & pressed. A hankie I had forgotten in a pocket was carefully placed in its own envelope, and all this was ready ahead of schedule. I am definitely returning. Thank you!

Everyone is always pleasant, efficient and helpful.
A generally good experience, as usual. The only issue was that the sign out front prominently advertised 4-for-the-price-of-3 shirt laundering this month, and that discount was not automatically applied, despite being told it would be when I dropped my shirts off. I had to specifically ask for it when I returned to get them, and only after getting an invoice for the wrong amount first. If I'd been more absent-minded when I came to pick my order up, I might have missed it. I'm guessing other customers probably did miss it... read more
I am especially pleased with the quality of service I have received so far with everything I have had cleaned at City Cleaners! The employees at the West Market St. location in Akron are always very friendly and particularly cooperative and patient with any questions or concerns I may have regarding the items I leave to be cleaned. I would be very hesitant to use any cleaners other than City Cleaners!
