I always enjoy going to City Cleaners. The people that work there are very friendly and talkative.
The staff and the service I have experienced thus far has been over the top. I expressed some concern of the added care I desired to the garments are it was promptly handled. First time in the Hartville location. The employee was energetic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Without asking, she informed me of specials and pricing. I will continue to come back!

My first time at City Cleaners was surprisingly pleasant! Jaci was very nice as soon as I opened the door. She asked the necessary questions regarding my cleaning order and took my coupon and told me about liking them on Facebook which I'll do when I finish here. I plan on taking all my cleaning City, it's close and convenient and overall I had a very nice experience. Thanks Jaci!
I was over charged by almost $9.00, the cashier forgot to log in my coupon when I dropped off my order. The problem was fixed, but I unhappy that I had to return to the store.
Everyone that works there is so polite. All of our clothing has always been done very nice!
Staff is always friendly and helpful. The cost is significantly higher than the other dry cleaner that I was using, however, your quality is superior. I just wish that there were discount coupons available
