Everyone is always pleasant and friendly!
It was my first time there. The employee was very professional. I have a very special coat that needs some attention and she made me feel comfortable with the quality of work that is performed at City Cleaners.
I brought in a man's suit and a woman's two piece outfit to be cleaned and it had to be done by early Monday to be delivered to the funeral home. The young lady at your Green location made a special effort to have it done by Monday morning and be picked up at your West Akron location. You did this for a wonderful lady who is 80 years old and cannot do anything for herself when it comes to situations of this kind. I thank you and her church family thanks you for everything you did for her!
They always make sure that they completely understand what I want and have good turn around time.
Stephanie is very professional and I love her sense of humor! City Cleaners always does a nice job on my pants, even the ones that need the hem re-done.
Everything about this experience was great. The hours are nice, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the service time is perfect. Definitely will come back!
Very friendly & professional. My coat was covered in lint fuzz and cat hair when I dropped it off, and did not have a speck of lint when I picked it up. I am very impressed.
I have taken in 3 pairs of drapes, including a pair of sheers that have been cleaned elsewhere in the past. They were brown from smoke and had water spots. When I picked them up I thought somebody had bought me brand new sheers - they were perfectly white with no water spots. All 3 pairs of drapes were cleaned excellently, and also perfectly pleat-folded so they now hang better than ever. I won't take my dry cleaning any where else ever! City Cleaners is also extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
