I LOVE City Cleaners ! I have always been satisfied with your service. I was excited when you came to Hartville as you have always been on the top of my list from many, many years ago growing up in Akron. I like the feeling of being able to trust you with my "special" things that I bring in and very honest whether whatever I ask can be taken care of. That means a lot.
The team does a really nice job from a customer service point of view.. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, everyone has a super demeanor from welcoming you to handling your transaction efficiently. All the girls are fantastic, but I will say that Emma is my favorite and does an exceptional job and has a wonderful personality :) Keep pushing the "customer experience" at your location, it is differentiator and I appreciate it...

It was my first time there. The employee was very professional. I have a very special coat that needs some attention and she made me feel comfortable with the quality of work that is performed at City Cleaners.
I brought in a man's suit and a woman's two piece outfit to be cleaned and it had to be done by early Monday to be delivered to the funeral home. The young lady at your Green location made a special effort to have it done by Monday morning and be picked up at your West Akron location. You did this for a wonderful lady who is 80 years old and cannot do anything for herself when it comes to situations of this kind. I thank you and her church family thanks you for everything you did for her!
They always make sure that they completely understand what I want and have good turn around time.
Stephanie is very professional and I love her sense of humor! City Cleaners always does a nice job on my pants, even the ones that need the hem re-done.
