Wow! I switched cleaners for convenience and went somewhere closer to home. Over the last few months, I have noticed that my clothes were not as clean and the list of things that I had to do to my cleaning before I dropped them off kept growing! I returned to City Cleaners and could not believe the beautiful facility, the prompt, kind service, the new clothes bag, and I didn't even have to touch the laundry! I have taken my clothes that needed cleaning to City Cleaners before. They always are nice, polite and the garments are done beautifully.
The clothes were cleaned well, customer service is great. I will not be returning due to the price of the cleaning. $8 to clean a pair of pants is too much.

The girl that waited on me had excellent customer service skills & was very friendly & knowledgeable. Was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be back!
The pick up and delivery service is great for a busy family that can never find the time to get to the cleaners. Thank you for doing a great job.
It was great. Still had lite stains in my shirt but they offered to clean them again at no cost but I refused the offer. I will return as a customer!
The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The e-mail notifications have proved a good reminder. They are very good at telling me of problems (even those that they cannot solve).
