City Cleaners, I am a client of the store in Fairlawn off of Ghent. When the last store manager left I was worried at first about the on going service. Bonnie has been excellent, she is caring, polite, attentitive, willing to jump in to resolve matters, dry cleaning is always waiting for me when I arrive, and she is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. We have been using City Cleaners for the past 3 years and have never had any concerns at all. Twice we have gotten back money and business cards and documents that have been left in my husband's jacket or pants pockets. That shows how trustworthy they are.
Throughout the years I've used several dry cleaners, but not one has done as nice a job on my blazers, coats and especially my sweaters, as City Cleaners. Not only am I impressed with the quality of your dry cleaning, but I'm always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy--somewhat of a rarity these days. Finally, that City Cleaners is "green" and gives back to the community, is just more reason for my continued patronage.
I have been using the City Cleaners pick up and delivery service for more than 20 years. They are always on time with my order. The shirts are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. They have truly earned the 5 star rating
I had a wonderful experience. I came into the business with three coats and the young lady greeted me with a smile and so much enthusiasm that it made the rest of my day a happy one!

Amazing service and First Class operation! City Cleaners Always goes above and beyond I have never had an item damaged and they have always gotten stains and have even done rush items for me always with a smile!
Clothes picked up and dropped off exactly where I wanted, even in heavy downpour. I love my driver. She gives my dog a treat if he happens to be outside when she pops by.
