First time using your services. From the initial professional friendly greeting when I walked through the door, to the email and text communications regarding the status of my suit, to the efficient friendly pick up, your staff and service were first rate. What used to be basic good service is harder and harder to find which makes good service stand out even more. First impression was fantastic! Keep up the great business practices!

We do offers specials and coupons through email so make sure your account is up to date to take advantage of those. We appreciate you choosing us for your garment cleaning needs. Whenever I come in I am greeted warmly and the associate is ready to assist me. They inquire if I have a coupon and may even have one handy for my use. If I am picking up cleaning, they offer to help me put it in the car. I like that! I like the fact you notify me by email that my garments are ready and even tell me the cost. That makes for an easy transaction.

City Cleaners did a great job. My sons suit came back great and I brought stole in from the high school with blood on it. They got the blood off and the stole looks really clean.
Dry cleaning was done in 24 hours and staff was attentive
