The staff is courteous and helpful. Always a smile on their faces. Clothes are well cleaned and pressed. TAT is fast and I appreciate the notice that cleaning is not yet done due to need for special attention. Recommend to friends!

I have been bringing my dry cleaning to your company since you first opened in Canton. When you opened in Jackson Twp, I transferred there ! ( closer to my house) Each and every time I go there, the employees are always friendly and courteous. Well I always take everything I need service for to City Cleaners, but yesterday I had my husband take my French door panels and he was told that City no longer does those so he had to take to Picasso Cleaners on Applegrove in North Canton. Wish you would bring that service back!!!

So I assume the cleaners was opened on Sunday. We were going on a cruise Tuesday and never thought about Sunday and Monday being holidays. And I didn’t have time before that to pick up my cleaning. So Sunday I realized my mistake. And I kept texting any number I could find. A woman begin texting me back. She told me how I could use the kiosk. I only used your send out service I find your instore service is high
This is a great for your clients, but I will tell you what is bothering me!! The other day I took in 2 panels of French door coverings and wanted to utilize by coupon I, was told by the young lady at the counter that you no longer do drapes of any kind...........what a surprise and disappointment! I had to take them to Picasso Cleaners on Applegrove and they did do an excellent job, thank goodness. You should still complete drapery cleaning, reconsider your decision on this, NOT GOOD!!
