Service was great! I needed 2 of my husbands suits to be dry cleaned my Monday evening, & I dropped them off Monday late afternoon. They were able to do this, no problem at all. My husband said they did an excellent job. I will be going back!
The pick up service is very convenient and the driver is courteous and professionally dressed. I also found the young lady who answers the telephone to be pleasant and responsive to my needs and requests. I will continue to use Carousel Cleaners because they do a good job of cleaning my clothes and have the best service that I have ever encountered in that industry. They also recycle the plastic garment wraps for me as well as the cuff links.

My experience is always great! Everyone that works there are very polite and courteous! I also can call Cam anytime when I need to ask questions and he is always there for me! Recently I needed to know about cleaning a chair and he went over and beyond to find out how to clean it! Well done! Great experience!

Wonderful professional cleaners! They cost a bit more, but the quality in service & results is very apparent. The counter ladies are so friendly & parking is convenient. Love the use of technology (emails when the order is ready). The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that I haven't used their pick-up/drop-off service yet.
the clothes are always returned clean and they take excellent care of them as well. Great customer service and employees!
