we are very pleased with the cleaning, except our last order of 3 shirts came without starch when we requested heavy starch on all shirts.
I'm especially appreciative of your follow-up communication as well as the superior quality of your work. I discovered Carousel only last week and your service invites confidence and an assurance that the dry-cleaning process is neither too abrasive nor will leave any article looking more tired than before. We SO enjoy the service we receive from Carousel Cleaners. They are reliable, always arriving at the same aproximate time of day on our designated days and last... but diffinitely not least...they do a beautiful job caring for our garments! We highly recommend their door to door service!
Where have you been all my life! Professional service, perfectly executed. The cleaned clothes/shirts were nicely done and to have the valet service for pickup and drop off is simply the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this service for any busy professional.
We have been using the pick up service for just over a year now . I have only met the driver once but the service has been fantastic. We have had no issues with the service and when I have forgotten to put out the cleaning I have dropped off at Park Royal and had it delivery on the next schedule date. Equally important is the quality of the dry cleaning , also no problem with missing buttons or missing items . Great program which exceeds my expectations.
