We had packed two glass platters in the down comforter that my Mom had given to us. We forgot to take them out. Your employee found them and was able to get them out without breaking them. Then she called us. I am very happy with your personnel and your services. Thank you!

Overall we are super happy. We did however have to lint roll his uniform after picking it up as it had areas where there was some sort of white fuzz, perhaps from a sweater, stuck to his uniform top.
