Hello Lynn, thank you for your feedback. Yes, we understand your concern and have been evaluating options for our industry for some time. Our biggest dilemma is to how to get our customers clothes from our plant to our stores, and then to our customers homes while keeping them clean and looking good. At this tie the poly bags are our best and most cost effective option. We do however offer a No Poly option for customers where we can place some of your orders in re-usable bags.
