I took a pair of trousers in for alteration. The pants came back fitting very well. The staff were friendly and considerate. I will take my dry cleaning and alterations back to them. Very pleased.

You were polite and prompt. The dry cleaning fell off the hangar onto the floor and you offered to clean it again which was nice but in hindsight a discount or something might have been a nice gesture as well. But I didn’t ask for one so I can’t really complain. It was embarrassing for everyone and no harm was done. So all was good.
