I had two pair of casual khakis that I specifically requested there be no crease pressed into them. They were pressed and I was heading out of town the next day and did not have time to have them redone. We had to try to use an iron to remove the crease. I had been a long time Brother's customer, left, and decided to try you again. So you can imagine I was not happy with my first cleaning. Mike Johnson st8eng@yahoo.com
I dropped off a shower curtain that needed to be pressed. I was told it would be ready in a Friday and I showed up on Saturday and was told it would not be ready until Monday afternoon. A phone call with this change would have been nice and saved me a trip.
The person who helped me check out on Thursday was rude. Also my order was not ready for pickup as confirmed and she rude about about some obscure rules that I know nothing about.
I asked for heavy starch and creases and I did not get any of that.

Promised alterations in less than a week. Took 2 weeks. When I spoke to manager on the phone she was very rude and cut me off. WILL NOT RETURN EVER.
My blanket we had dry cleaned was ruined. I was supposed to get a call back about it from a manager, but that never happened either. Awful customer service, and now my blanket is ruined. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Regular customer. Picked up a comforter we asked to be washed and dried. The charge was $34 which is ridiculous. Should have been told up front the cost as it was excessive. . Called and spoke with the “manager” who didn’t seem to care about our concern. “We don’t set the prices we just punch the buttons on the register.“. Lousy explanation. So in addition to high prices your customer service is terrible. Never again.
