I was greeted so pleasantly & provided with a 20% off coupon as a first time customer. The young lady explained how everything works. A text alerted me that my down comforter was ready & I was again greeted pleasantly at the drive thru. The blanket looked like new & was packaged beautifully.
Clothes are always ready when they say they will be. Personnel friendly.
The cleaning was fine, but I asked about the senior discount since I picked up on Thursday. I was informed that 3 weeks ago the senior discount was changed to drop off on Thursday. Your company keeps changing the senior rules with no warning. You can send out emails for other things but not for something that really matters. It used to be drop off on Thursday but that changed to pickup and now changed again. MAKE UP YOUR MIND.
I am happy with the pick-up and drop-off service.
