Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. I was greeted so pleasantly & provided with a 20% off coupon as a first time customer. The young lady explained how everything works. A text alerted me that my down comforter was ready & I was again greeted pleasantly at the drive thru. The blanket looked like new & was packaged beautifully.
Clothes are always ready when they say they will be. Personnel friendly.
The cleaning was fine, but I asked about the senior discount since I picked up on Thursday. I was informed that 3 weeks ago the senior discount was changed to drop off on Thursday. Your company keeps changing the senior rules with no warning. You can send out emails for other things but not for something that really matters. It used to be drop off on Thursday but that changed to pickup and now changed again. MAKE UP YOUR MIND.

Brothers cleaners is the best. I have been using them for 5 years now. I have used drop off and pick up in their stores as well as residential pick up and delivery. My clothing always comes back perfect. Their employees are always happy friendly and willing to serve their customers!
