Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. I had a $5 coupon that was not honored, however its was not returned to me at the point of sale. I was not given a reason, nor was I able to use the coupon again at a later date.

You lost yet another shirt. Guy at counter just gave 7 (out of 8) shirts and never mentioned missing shirt until I brought up. He stated wasn't ready yet but younger lady stated missing. They called over to center without any success. Brothers service and quality is really high but I can't do business with company which is not honest / straightforward (and continues to lose my clothes)

I've been twice trying out your business and both tims I've had to deal with a high school student I who is not very well educated on how to operate the business. My last visit I had my sweater shrunk , it's ruined, and two pairs of pants were pressed with a creased and I had not requested that. I will say that the Lady who works full-time during the day is really a great employee. However it doesn't trump the poor service that I have received. I took my peacoat in to have the lent removed and to have one button restored. The button was restored to my satisfaction, however my coat looked the exact way that it did when I intially brought it in. There was lent still all over my coat and (glitter) that came from the cleaners because that wasn't present on my coat when I dropped it off. I am very unhappy about this experience and furthermore I was forced to pay for an unacceptable job without any type of reimbursement. This was my first visit here and it left a bad imp... read more

You did an excellent job but the price of laundering I thought was excessive and I should have asked before I dropped off my shirts. If I had known in advance the price, I would have gone elsewhere.

To Whom It May Concern: This is the first e-mail I have received from you in approximately one year. I am suppose to be receiving coupons, on a monthly basis I think, but have not been receiving any. After making the store personnel aware of my problem, I have been provided several coupon at the time I picked up my clothes. This was my first time using Brother's. The drop off went smoothly but the pick up was unorganized. Not to mention, I have two charges on my card. I have been charged. 44.97 twice. I also am not a fan of my suit pants hanging separately. I have been going to a Cleaner World for 10 plus years but decided to try Brother's out since it is close to my work. Not a fan of the service, double charge or the packaging. Overall I'm disappointed.
