Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. I know Brother's has a great reputation, which is why I took two items there to get stains removed. I shared what I thought the stains were caused by, and the person who checked me in said that they send these out (to where, I have no idea) and that they do a great job. When my items came back, the stains were still there--exactly as before. While this person did give me a 10% discount, I still had to pay $32 for nothing. This location has turned very mediocre Still have some shirts not ready after so long. We had to travel without it. They said they would call but did not
I dropped off 3 piece outfit at one time had to make 2 trips to get the complete outfit. And the price wss was too much Will not be back
I took a suit to be pressed and a shirt to be cleaned to your store on Pleasant Valley Rd. The shirt was good but the suit pants looked worse than when I took the in. The coat looked like it had not been touched I took the suit back for a redo. I will see how they did on the redo later today

The only reason that I have my clothes dry cleaned is for convenience. I noticed that my shirts are no longer being cleaned around the collar and I was told that it was virtually impossible to completely get stains out of the collar. Well I can wash my clothes at home if I'm not going to have have stains removed.
