Brothers Cleaners was originally founded in Raleigh in 1916 by Emil Hilker, a German immigrant. Emil’s twin son’s, Jerry and Jim Hilker assumed ownership of the business after his retirement and ran it successfully until the mid 1970’s, when they went their separate business ways. At that point, the business was handed over to our current owners, twins Tom and Bob Hilker, the third generation to continue their family legacy. My Marc Jacobs silk shirt was ruined. I've had stains successfully removed (by other places) before without damage. While the stain was removed from the blouse, so was the color. My shirt now appears as though it has bleach spots.
Cost too much to fix my jeans buttons. 20 $ never will i see you guys again...👎👎👎

Stain could not be removed from a sweater
My blouses and pants needed to be ironed before I could wear them. Not what I would expect from a reputable dry cleaner. The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
I have been a customer for 24 years. Recently had two drapery panels and two valances cleaned and I was shocked that the charges were almost $80 ! I could have replaced these curtains for slightly more! Charges were outrageous !
The cleaning is great. I go to the pleasant valley location. You seem to have lost the old manager. The new lady is not very customer focused. Nothing by name only what is your phone number. No hello how are you doing. I sure hope you can fix this situation.
