Lucy Sanchez went above and beyond for us. We had a wake and funeral to attend just a few days after the storm. Since the computer system was down she went out of her way to make sure our clothes were ready in time. Not only were they ready in time, she called my cell phone to tell me we could pick them up that very same day! What a perfect example of outstanding customer service.
